After that, you need to add the serrano chili, mango, bell pepper and edamame into the mixture. Simmer the mixture for another five minutes. The green onions, almonds, coconut, cilantro, cranberries, balsamic vinegar, salt, lime juice and pepper are then added into the mixture. Simmer it for a few more minutes. Serve the pilaf while it is still hot.
